We are proud to announce a new member to our team. Dr. Dennis Bowman will serve as our partner for public safety and law enforcement.
Dr. Bowman is a retired Illinois State Police Captain and Professor Emeritus at the School of Law Enforcement & Justice Administration at Western Illinois University. He has over 30 years of experience in illicit drug trafficking, white collar crimes and general criminal investigations. He has worked with the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, International Center for Terrorism Studies, Arlington, VA, on international relations and the role of law enforcement and delivered lectures all across the world.
